Isn’t this just admitting this dude has had a pretty shitty life and has virtually nothing to show for it outside more of the same, shitty life?
Like, I’m not sure what part of exorbitant health care, working without vacation, sick leave, or comp time, and still being underwater on your mortgage is “worthwhile”.
I don’t think a soul on earth is saying this guy doesn’t deserve everything he has. I just don’t know why he’s vehemently opposed to the suggestion that he, in fact, deserves more because of his efforts.
